Minton Persian Rose Cream and Sugar

This popular Persian Rose pattern is the older version, circa 1912. It is a set consisting of a small creamer with a hexagon foot, and a matching sugar. The creamer stands 2 3/8″ tall by 3″ in diameter, with the sugar measuring 2 3/4″ by 3 7/8″ wide. The pattern features hand painted pink roses with a chinese scale pattern in turquoise with mustard trim. Both pieces are marked with the Minton stamp that was used from 1912-1950. The creamer has the additional mark of “D#38” and the sugar has the added “R No. 579755 Pat Applied For” wording and what looks like BY 28 M. The creamer has a small flake missing from the mustard trim, while the sugar bears a fine fracture on the inner surface. There are no other imperfections that we could find.
