Waterford Waffle Covered Butter Dish
The Waterford depression glass line was made by Hocking Glass from 1938-44. It was made in crystal (clear), pink, white and yellow. Forest Green was made in the 1950s. It is also known as Waffle, or Waterford Waffle, to differentiate from Waterford crystal. This is the covered butter dish from that line. It measures 6 1/2″ in diameter and is 4 1/4″ tall with the lid in place. It has a few tiny fleabites on the inner rim of the lid, and one small fleabite on the lid ridge of the base. There are no other chips, cracks or repairs.
