Cameo Green Depression Glass Sherbet
$23.00
The Cameo pattern, also known as Ballerina or Dancing Girl, was made by Hocking Glass from 1930-34. It was modified from the 1927 Springtime pattern by Monongah Glass when Hocking acquired the molds, and was made crystal (clear) with a platinum rim, green, pink and yellow. There were 3 types of sherbets produced in this line, 2 measuring 3 1/8″ tall, one molded and one blown, and a 4 7/8″ height. This is the latter, called a champagne stem, or tall sherbet. It is 3 5/8″ in diameter and has a round base of 2 5/8″. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.
