Crackled Glassware Candy Dish-McKee

$39.00

This crackled candy jar could be easily mistaken as By Cracky (or No. 88 Crackled) by L.E. Smith, but it was actually made by McKee Glass in the 1920s. The finial is a different shape than By Cracky, and there is a ring just below the body, at the top of the stem, while the By Cracky stem is smooth. It has been referred to as Innovation Crackled Glassware, even though Innovation generally refers to the Innovation Cut Line. It has a golden shade of iridescent finish on the body, with the finial and base being a smokey blue color. It stands 8 1/2″ tall with the lid, 5 5/8″ to the rim, and is 4″ in diameter. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.
