Federal Glass Pioneer Candle Holder

Federal Glass made this pattern, called Pioneer No. 2806 1/2,  from 1938-41, and probably longer. A few larger pieces  in this line were made up until the 1970s when the company went out of business, with the biggest production being in the 1950s. This sturdy, heavy pressed glass candle holder measures 7 5/8″ in diameter and is 2″ high with an intaglio fruit design on the underside. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.
