Fenton Milk Glass Hobnail Butter Dish

First introduced by Fenton in 1939, the Hobnail pattern was one of the most popular patterns. This was an extensive pattern and was made over several years, with this round covered butter or cheese dish being made from 1961-68. It measures 8 3/8″ in diameter and stands 5 1/4″ tall to the tip of the finial. It is unmarked, as it was made before 1971. It has a few very minor fleabites around the inner rim of the lid, but is in otherwise excellent condition.
