Hocking Glass Mayfair Pitcher

This pattern, called Mayfair or Open Rose, was made by Hocking Glass from 1931-37. It has also been reproduced since 1977 in the forms of cookie jars, salt & pepper shakers, juice pitchers and whiskey glasses. These newer issues can be found in amethyst, blue, cobalt blue, green, pink and red. This is a crystal 37 oz. juice pitcher. It measures 5 3/4″ tall, 4 1/4″ in diameter and 6″ long to the end of the handle. It has a mold line on the bottom (which newer ones do not) and a correctly applied handle. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.
