Jeannette Floragold Iridescent Candy Dish
$8.00
Floragold is the name of this pretty, delicate pattern made by Jeannette Glass. Although referred to as depression glass, it was made in the 1950s in iridescent, shell pink, ice blue and crystal (clear). It is also referred to Louisa because of the resemblance to an earlier carnival glass pattern by Westmoreland. Louisa also has a candy dish very similar to this one, but the feet are curved outward while the Jeannette feet are curved inward. You can see the difference if you click here. This iridescent candy or nut dish measures 5 3/4 inches long, is 3 1/4 inches wide and 2 inches tall. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.
