L E Smith Glass Turkey Covered Dish

The #207 covered glass turkey dish was first introduced by L.E. Smith in the early 1940s. It has been made in a wide variety of colors and treatments, from crystal (clear) to carnival glass. This crystal turkey was made sometime after 1971, as it is marked with the Smith embossed S on the underside, and this mark was not used before this time. It measures 7 1/4″ tall, is 6 1/2″ long and 5 3/8″ wide. There is an extremely tiny fleabite on the underside of the rim, but is otherwise in excellent condition.
