New Martinsville Viking Glass Swan

This lovely swan handle bowl is in evergreen with a crystal neck and head, pattern number 974.  It was made by New Martinsville and then Viking Glass from the 1940s to the 1960s. It has a silver overlay by the Duncan Brothers (not part of Duncan Miller) of Bird and Branch, and silver around the rim of the green bowl.  It measures 5″ in diameter by 4 1/2″ tall. There is a small section of wear to the silver around the rim, but the glass is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs.
